My Brand Manager (MBM) is an iPhone and iPad app that enables audit, compliance, quality control and mystery shopping programmes to be process managed on site, easily and effectively.

MBM utilises the power of smart technology with photo, video and voice-to-text capability and the creation of action plans - all on the run so that reporting writing back at the office is a thing of the past.

As MBM manages the assessment process, no compliance requirement is overlooked, giving the user and the network peace of mind to spend more valuable time on business development.

Project Brief

MBM is a complete mobile compliance and audit device enabling remote data gathering using iPhone and iPad. It manages the compliance process so that no requirement is overlooked and all mandatory data is captured when on site. In doing so, MBM frees up precious time for important business development.

MBM delivers compliance criteria, auditor's instructions, photo, video, sound bite, voice to text and action planning capability. It utilises Google maps to guide assessors to visit locations and presents a Wi-Fi finder to assist when conveniently uploading reports when out of office.

Notifications are sent to stakeholders as assessment milestones are completed.

MBM back at the office will enable final report checking and catchment of documents as required before publishing.

Assessment results are calculated to produce hierarchical diagnostic and benchmark reporting to easily and quickly identify network highs, lows and trends.

Project Innovation / Need

For too long, Territory Managers, Property Managers and Compliance Auditors within national or international Branch and Franchise networks have been bound to their desks completing necessary site visit compliance reports.

This activity limited the time available for manager's to participate in much needed business support and market development throughout their networks in order to grow their brands.

Network frustration that manager's administrative load resulted in the inability to visit their respective networks more frequently, added to the need for a smart solution.

MBM delivers the flexibility to manage networks effectively and effortlessly. Managers can now inspect, audit and send reports remotely, which delivers valuable time to maintain and grow important network relationships.

Managers can easily identify the highs, lows and trends within any network. On demand, they can view network performance globally, through to an individual.

MBM delivers:

* Inspections that may be performed remotely without the need of Wi-Fi or Mobile Data Services

* Historic reports, including all media, that remain easily available over time.

Knowing the true position of any business network right here and right now gives Brands the benefit of being practical and objective with important commercial decisions.

User Experience

After many years improving branch and franchise networks, ACG Global knew there had to be a better way to easily manage these operations with a minimum of hands-on resources.

We could not find a suitable solution in the market, so we created our own Global Management System (GMS), designed so that you can experience a helicopter view of your network, in real time and from anywhere.

My Brand Manager is one of ten modules within GMS and is the culmination of years of hands-on experience.

Our field testing involved not only the ACG Global Team, yet we also sought the assistance of independent, industry respected assessors and auditors in the field.

As an indication of how MBM has been received by the market, these are the words of Andrew Harvey of Optimum Assurance Group Pty Ltd, who used MBM during his franchise royalty audits across two countries, earlier this year.

Project Marketing

MBM was recently launched throughout Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Due to MBM's wonderful flexibility with its simplistic set-up and adaptable end use, our target markets include Branch and Franchise networks, Property Management networks, Hotel chains, Auditors and Retail Mystery Shopping.

Distribution of the MBM application is through the Apple app store and is available to customers using My Brand Manager as a module of our Global Management System.

As a new product release, testimonials are being gathered from early adopters within Australia and Hong Kong to encourage the early majority prospects to also take up MBM within their networks.
